Stevenage have bolstered their squad with the signing of defensive midfielder Daniel Phillips on a two-year deal from Scottish Premier League side St Johnstone. The 23-year-old made 35 appearances for St Johnstone last season and has also represented Trinidad & Tobago 12 times since his international debut in 2021.
“Dan brings new qualities to our central midfield,” said Stevenage manager Alex Revell. “We have tracked him ever since he left Watford two years ago, and we are delighted to finally get him over the line.”
