Manchester United Unlikely to Pursue Everton’s Jarrad Branthwaite, Eye Sporting Duo

The Red Devils had a £35 million bid for the impressive Toffees center-back rejected, with Everton rumored to be demanding a hefty £70 million fee.
However, the focus at Old Trafford appears to have shifted to other targets, with reports suggesting that Manchester United are “preparing to advance” for Sporting Lisbon duo Goncalo Inacio and Morten Hjulmand. The Portuguese giants’ demands, including a €60 million (£51 million) release clause for Inacio and a valuation of €80 million (£68 million) for the “untouchable” Hjulmand, could prove challenging for the Premier League side to meet.
