Barrow, the football club competing in the EFL League Two, have strengthened their first-team squad with the addition of winger Connor Mahoney. The 27-year-old has joined the Bluebirds on a two-year deal after being released by Huddersfield Town.
Mahoney’s move to Barrow sees him reunite with the club’s new head coach, Stephen Clemence, whom he played under on loan at Gillingham last season. During his time at Gillingham, Mahoney made a significant contribution, scoring seven goals in 42 appearances.

However, Barrow’s squad also sees a departure, as Ben Whitfield leaves the club after being unable to agree on the terms of a new contract.
